Night-of-Event Phone Support is a recent addition to ReadySetAuction, and it can be a lifesaver if you or your staff need help during your auction event. While our helpful knowledgebase and information-packed webinars are great for training staff, sometimes it’s nice to know that help is just a phone call away.

The event phone support option can be booked right through ReadySetAuction, and the purchase must be completed three weeks in advance of your event. Just navigate to the Admin Tab, then select Purchase Services. Night-of-Event phone support comes with six hours of expert assistance at your fingertips, so you can be sure you and your staff have an instant resource if you need help.

RSA Pro allows you to greet guests and mingle with donors without worrying about whether your staff is using your auction software right.
